Needless to say...

Needless to say, I've been absent of late. I did see the Avengers movie and that was pretty dang cool.

Apparently I've been walking around scowling often enough that people think I'm angry with them. 

This is not good, because:

A. I am not angry with them, and 

B. Now they feel bad.

If I ever look angry, it's because of deep thoughts, like how stupid politics are, or the collapse of the ocean ecosystem, or because I'm mad at myself for watching cartoons instead of doing something productive. Like drawing. Or rather, not drawing and watching cartoons at the same time. Sigh. 

Conclusion: Communication is the key! Tomorrow I shall tell them all that I am not mad at them.

Do these colors go together?

All kinds of crazy stuff is going on in 2012. Like that new Avatar the Last Airbender series. I drew this while watching an episode. Pretty action-packed. I'm super happy the show is back.

In other news: I have to start making conscious color decisions.

Edit: I mean, they aren't bad. They aren't terrible. But I could stand to improve. I would love a montage button. For art training, I mean. Play a soundtrack, and bam, I would know color relationships like magic, instantaneously.

...on to Wikipedia, then.

I'm back!

Many apologies for my recent absence. I went to MoCCA Fest this past weekend in NYC.

It was a blast and totally worth it.
